Frame
* 11 Gauge carbon steel tubing provides strength and durability.
* Heavy-duty hot rolled plate and cold finished steel flat bar construction
provides resistance to wear and rust.
* Components and assemblies are shot-blasted, buffed, and inspected
prior to powder coating.
* Latest powder coat paint technology provides durable finish.
* Textured finish minimizes and reduces the appearance of chips
and scratches.
* Full frame welding by certified welders offers the greatest frame
strength and integrity.
* Larger units have full flanged frame design allowing easy
disassembly/re-assembly during limited access installations.

Testing
* The latest CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) tools including Finite
Element Analysis ensure optimum designs.
* Physical testing using a pneumatic actuator simulates one million
repetitions at maximum weight load to ensure performance
reliability, safety, and quality control.

Seats and Pads
* High-density, low compression set foam in all seats and pads reduces
point loading, increases life and durability of upholstered parts, and
maximizes user comfort.
* Uniroyal Spirit II Naugahyde high-traffic upholstery resists oil, mildew,
stain, and flame.
* Replaceable wear covers for high use areas.

Bearings
* Precision self-aligning linear bearings and chrome hardened shafts
provide optimum movement quality and training accuracy.
* High-quality pillow block bearings ensure smooth operation and
low maintenance.

Weight Stacks, Belts & Cables
* Heavy-duty belts constructed of Kevlar fibers encapsulated in a
thermoplastic rubber coating provide proven durability, reliability,
and smooth, quiet operation.
* Custom-designed belt pulleys constructed of high-strength impact
resistant fiberglass-reinforced nylon with sealed precision ball
bearings furnish accurate belt tracking and smooth, quiet operation.
* Cables constructed of either 1/8" or 3/16" high-quality airplane steel,
coated to 1/8" or 3/16", respectively provide durability,
dependability, and smooth, quiet operation.
* Solid steel weight stacks with self-lubricating precision nylon bushings
fitted in each plate ride on "floating" chrome guide rods for smooth,
quiet, operation.
* Each weight plate is powder coated in a scratch resistant formula for
increased life.

* Easy-to-read instructional placards securely placed on each machine
provide at your fingertips education on muscles trained and proper
use of machine.
* Warning labels complying with ANSI (American National Standards
Institute) format are placed prominently on each machine to
promote safe usage and minimize exposure to liability.
* Proper use and performance capabilities, plus warranty, safety, and
equipment maintenance are explained clearly in the instructional
manuals provided with each equipment order.

* Axis of rotation indicators provide the user with a "landmark" guide to
properly position the joint(s) during the exercise ensuring proper
biomechanics and training.
* Precision-machined range of motion limiters provide users with
multiple start/stop positions in 10 degree increments.
* "Soft-Stop" system reduces impact on finish and aids medical and
rehabilitative applications
