Body Masters designs and manufactures one type of product, strength equipment. Our Research and Development Division has one goal - to produce the highest quality strength equipment in the world.

To reach that goal, we employ sophisticated Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) tools and cutting-edge technology. Concepts are turned into reality using CAD 3-D solid modeling, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and Motion Simulation Software. With these tools, our engineers can better evaluate critical areas such as design for assembly, design for manufacturing, tolerance breakdown, stress analysis, and biomechanics.

At Body Masters, we use a team approach in the development and maintenance of our machines. Every project consists of cross-functional representation that includes engineering, manufacturing, sales and marketing, biomechanics, and most importantly the people who use our equipment. * We use Finite Element Analysis to ensure structural integrity.
* Machines are cycled for up to 1 million reps by pneumatic
cylinder drives.

REPUTATION
All Body Masters strength training equipment is manufactured at the corporate headquarters in Rayne, Louisiana. Our 100,000 square-foot production facility uses cutting-edge technology and is a model of efficiency. We employ more than 200 craftsmen skilled in welding, steelwork, powder coating, upholstery, and quality control. They are dedicated to producing the finest quality fitness equipment
worthy of the Body Masters name.

After our Research and Development Division has prototyped, tested, and refined a new product, CNC (computerized numerical control) machinery is used to cut and manufacture precision parts. Customized welding tables, "jigs," and drilling stations allow precise and efficient production of each piece of equipment. Quality control personnel oversee final assembly and perform a 15-point check on every unit.

All vendors must meet stringent quality control standards on the parts they provide. Body Masters' offers a very extensive warranty including a lifetime guarantee covering the static frame for the duration of its life
with the original owner.

Weight Stacks, Belts & Cables
* Heavy-duty belts constructed of Kevlar fibers encapsulated in a
thermoplastic rubber coating provide proven durability, reliability,

* Custom-designed belt pulleys constructed of high-strength impact
resistant fiberglass-reinforced nylon with sealed precision ball
bearings furnish accurate belt tracking and smooth, quiet operation.
* Cables constructed of either 1/8" or 3/16" high-quality airplane steel,
coated to 1/8" or 3/16", respectively provide durability,
dependability, and smooth, quiet operation.
* Solid steel weight stacks with self-lubricating precision nylon bushings
fitted in each plate ride on "floating" chrome guide rods for smooth,
quiet, operation.
* Each weight plate is powder coated in a scratch resistant formula for
increased life.
